No Scripts in my Collar

For a little over a year, I have not worn a collar that has scripts in it and it fascinates me that people feel that is soooo wrong in SL Gor.  How can me not having scripts in my collar hinder Gorean role play?

The collar was made by a dear friend and it is one of a kind.  He wanted to add scripts to it be I asked him not to.  I asked him not to because I hate seeing girls hanked all over Gor.  It does not look natural to see a kajira sitting in nadu, suddenly fly over several people to land at the feet of her owner, all while still sitting in nadu.

I have also been told that I have a problem releasing my control, even in role play.  I deny that because if anyone role playing as a free tells my character to kneel, stand, nadu or whatever else, I make sure that my avatar does so and without scripts.  Scripts have nothing to do with control!

Now, there are times when I will use my Tokon Slave HUD which gives a select few on the list control to move me.  That is in the the case of traveling in Gor, scenes that require it, and OOC, personal time *smiles*.  I also use meters on sims that require them so all bases are basically covered.

My question to those that rely on scripted collars in role play or OOC is would you not have the control by just using words?  It may help you figure out if your girl is truly paying attention to you or surfing the net and chatting it up in IMs.  Just sayin.
